Mocs Recovery
Mocs Recovery is UTC’s Collegiate Recovery Program (CRP). We are an all-pathways community providing support to students in recovery from substance use, process addictions, and co-occurring behavioral health issues. Our aim is to limit the negative impacts of addiction so that students are free to pursue their personal, professional, and academic goals.
- Mocs Recovery is a multiple pathways community that highlights the commonalities in the process of change, no matter what addiction or behavioral health concern we’re recovering from.
- Mocs Recovery is rooted in a harm reduction philosophy that trusts each person to be the expert in their own life. We encourage each member to identify the combination of strategies, fellowships, and services that best support their success and growth.
- Mocs Recovery takes a holistic approach to supporting students, each one of whom has a unique set of strengths and challenges. We coordinate with other service providers both on- and off-campus to ensure students’ needs are met.
