Register for the 2024 National VEP Alumni Conference

Thank you so much for your interest in the 2024 Veterans Entrepreneurship Program National Conference.

Please read the registration instructions below. When you're ready to register, click the "Register Now" button and the registration portal will open in a new window. You may want to leave this page open and visible for reference.

Registration Instructions

1. Click the link below. You will be taken to the UTC RCOB Calendar. Click on the month and year at the top left of the calendar and select "Nov 2024" to be taken to the November 2024 calendar page.
2. On the November 9 date block, click the VEP Registrations link.
3. You will be asked to create an account. Please enter your name and the email you wish to have associated with your VEP Conference Registration. You will then be asked to verify your email.
4. Once you've verified your email, click "Login" and use the login information from the account you created in Step 3.
5. Click the calendar link again, select Nov 2024 and click the VEP Registrations link again.
6. In the pop up window, make sure the description reads "Veterans Entrepreneurship program (VEP) registrations.
7. Click the blue Register button.
8. On the next screen, click the Continue Registration button.
9. Enter all required CONTACT INFO and CONTACT ADDRESS fields. (You DO NOT need to enter a UTC ID.)
10. The Event field will automatically select VEP Registrations.
11. In the drop down menu under "Please select your event ticket type below:" please choose VEP Early Bird Registration Fee - $310
12. A "Sessions" window will pop up. Click the first ADD SESSION  box to confirm you wish to add an Individual Conference Registration.
13. At this point, you may also select to add a Guest, Business Partner or Business Partner Guest to your registration.
    • A Guest Registration will allow your guest to attend the two social events associated with the Conference (the Welcome Reception and the Closing Dinner)
    • A Business Partner Registration allows the business partner registrant to attend ALL events associated with the Conference (all informational sessions, social events and lunches) and also includes a Conference t-shirt
    • A Business Partner Guest registration will allow your business partner's guest to attend the two social events associated with the Conference (the Welcome Reception and the Closing Dinner)
14. Please answer the ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS and (if applicable) provide information about any guests or business partners.
15. Click CONTINUE.
16. You will be directed to the secure payment portal. Please confirm that the totals are correct and complete your purchase. (You may use the back button at any time before completing payment to change registration information.)
